Orders are dispatched the same day if they are received by 1pm and do not include skincare products, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

FREE UK DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £70. Earth's Beauty and Pure Savvy products are excluded from this threshold and and we will email you if the postage is insufficient. If the required postage amount is not paid within 7 days we reserve the right to cancel the unqualifying items and refund you minus transactions fees as detailed in the CANCELLATIONS section below.
EARTH'S BEAUTY products are not held in stock in the UK and incur a postage charge of £9 (per order, not per item) as they are posted to you directly from the brand in the USA. There will be no customs charges to pay.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY: postage is calculated by weight; add items to the cart to see the cost. Royal Mail's stated delivery aim is 3 - 7 working days but often takes longer.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not send out part orders; all products purchased in a single transaction are sent together and there may be some delay if an item is on pre-order. The exception to this is Absolutely Pure skincare which is sometimes sent out separately, so if it's not in your package it doesn't mean there is an error, it means it will follow shortly.
PLEASE NOTE: Before ordering organ supplements please make sure they are legally allowed entry to your country, if not they may be destroyed by customs authorities or returned to us. In the event of a return you will receive a refund minus postage, transaction and handling fees.
On all orders placed for delivery outside the UK it is your responsibility to pay any import taxes that may be due within your country.
The customs authorities in your country, and the thresholds in place, determine if charges are required for your order.
The thresholds of these charges will vary from country to country and therefore Absolutely Pure cannot advise on what these charges might be, so please contact your country's customs authority or national postal service website for further help on these charges, either directly or via their websites.
If for any reason the goods you receive are damaged, or defective in any way, we will be happy to exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please note that it will be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged product.
DELAYED / LOST ORDERS
Our carrier (Royal Mail) considers a parcel lost only after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely that deliveries take this long, we are unable to investigate, issue a refund or provide a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Absolutely Pure is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
We cannot consider any claims for loss/non-delivery or enter into an investigation when the tracking shows delivery has been made and you would need to contact Royal Mail customer service on 0345 774 0740.
If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where you can collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within the specified time frame the parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. In the case of redelivery you will be required to pay the new postage charge and handling fees charged by our fulfilment company, and in the case of a refund you will receive the product cost minus transaction fee, fulfilment company handling fees and postage charge; provided we have received the parcel within 28 days of the first delivery attempt. After 28 days you will receive a store credit.
Under no circumstances can Absolutely Pure be held liable or accountable for any direct or indirect loss due to inaccurate address details provided by a customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check details thoroughly, both at the time of order and upon receipt of the order confirmation email. If a parcel is returned to us because it has an incorrect or undeliverable address we will contact you to arrange redelivery and you will be required to pay the new postage charge and the handling fees charged by our fulfilment company.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGE OF MIND/RETURNS
You have the legal right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
Once an order has been placed, our processing system means we may not be able to stop it being dispatched, even if you have not received your dispatch confirmation, or you email us to cancel your order immediately, but we will be happy to assist you in returning your order once you have received it.
PayPal/Worldpay transaction fees may be deducted as they are not refunded to Absolutely Pure in the event of an order cancellation.
Submit a return request up to 14 days after receiving your order and we will give you return instructions.
You then have a further 14 days from that date to return the goods.
Items must be unused and in a perfect, salable condition. Once the 28 day period has passed we are not obliged to accept a return or refund you but may offer you an exchange or store credit.
Absolutely Pure is not responsible for covering the cost of returning unwanted goods.
All returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received. If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging. We recommend that returns are made using a trackable service or that proof of postage is obtained.
Where a refund is due, this will be processed via the original payment method within two working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to show on your account.
Absolutely Pure’s loyalty point scheme is operated at our discretion. Any points accrued but not redeemed in 12 calendar months will be removed. Any account inactive (ie. no purchase made) for more than 12 months will be closed and any remaining points will be cancelled.
We have the right to cancel the scheme at any point without notice. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Products purchased with reward points may not be returned unless faulty. Although most products will usually be available for purchase with reward points we retain the right to withdraw certain products from the scheme or change the exchange value or amount of points available on products.
If a customer account is cancelled by Absolutely Pure under these terms and conditions, the customer has no recourse to claim reimbursement for or redemption of points in the account at the time of closure. Any decision made by Absolutely Pure about the allocation or redemption of reward points is final.
Gift vouchers are issued electronically for use on our website. You will be asked to enter a code at the checkout stage. Each code is unique. Vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
All current offers and discounts can be used in conjunction with your gift voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher value may also be used to redeem against postage and packing if applicable at the time of order. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any vouchers not used by their expiry date are deemed void. Absolutely Pure will not accept liability for lost vouchers. Absolutely Pure reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift vouchers at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
