With approximately 452 drops per bottle, one bottle typically lasts an individual 2 to 3 months, depending on the number of drops applied per use and the number of ways it's used (brushing, flossing, swishing, etc. )
For use as a mouthwash, simply add 1 or 2 drops to approximately 30ml of water and swish for a minute before spitting out.
