Refund policy

You have the legal right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 
Once an order has been placed, our processing system means we may not be able to stop it being dispatched, even if you have not received your dispatch confirmation, or you email us to cancel your order immediately, but we will be happy to assist you in returning your order once you have received it.
Email info@absolutelypure.com up to 14 days after receiving your order and we will give you return instructions. 
You then have a further 14 days from that date to return the goods.
Items must be unused and in a perfect, saleable condition. 
Once the 28 day period has passed we are not obliged to accept a return or refund you but may offer you an exchange or store credit.
Absolutely Pure is not responsible for covering the cost of returning unwanted goods.

All returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received.
If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange for damage caused by insufficient packaging. We recommend that returns are made using a trackable service or that proof of postage is obtained.
Where a refund is due, this will be processed via the original payment method within two working days from the date the returned goods are received.
Refunds may take 5-7 working days to show on your account.
